Luka responded to my message right away and scheduled a visit within the same week. He communicated his arrival time and process clearly so we could stay organized around our work days and make sure he has what he needed to work. He was able to repair and re-insulate our system within the same day. We were so grateful for how efficient this entire process was from our first message to the completed project. He also cleaned up well after he finished the job - which isn’t always the case. We would definitely recommend him to our friends.

Outstanding Service and Honesty – Highly Recommend Ben! I had two central air conditioning units that I was previously told needed to be replaced due to performance issues. Ben came in to provide a quote, and after a thorough inspection, he gave me a completely different and honest diagnosis. Instead of pushing for a costly replacement, he identified that both units were still in good condition and could last another 4–5 years. One unit needed a fan replacement, and the other simply required a valve adjustment to stop a leak. Thanks to Ben’s expertise and integrity, both AC units are now running perfectly, and my home is cool and comfortable. On top of that, he upgraded my thermostats and even added another one for the second unit. He also offered a guarantee: if the units were to fail earlier than expected, he would apply the payment I made toward new units—a level of commitment that really impressed me.
