He gave me a great deal, ie, he was very reasonable about the cost, and I think he truly cares about safety and takes that responsibility very seriously. So, not only was he serious about the work, but that carried over into a caring attitude towards me, the client. For example, before he left, he went with me to the basement to explain the fuse box and labelled all my different sources of electricity. (I live in a very old building, so additional wiring was installed years ago.) My only issue had to do with the fact that the 2 outlets he installed were for 3-pronged plugs, and since a few of my plugs are polarized and don't fit, we had to plug in my old 6-plug adapter into one of the outlets. Since he was so concerned about safety, it carried over to me, so I hope he can find something that fits more snugly and is more geared to my new outlets, if there is such a thing."See more
