FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the scope of the work. I don’t charge hidden fees — everything is transparent. I sometimes offer discounts for multiple small jobs done on the same visit. Estimates are always free, and I’ll let you know upfront if parts or materials are extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a short conversation to understand the customer’s needs. Then I either visit the location or ask for detailed photos or videos. After that, I provide an honest estimate and explain the steps of the job. Once everything is clear, I schedule the work and keep communication open throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in electrical engineering from Ukraine, where I studied the technical and theoretical side of the trade. In addition to my formal education, I’ve worked over 16 years in the field doing hands-on electrical and home repair work. I’ve also learned directly on job sites in New York, working with licensed electricians and other professionals. This combination of strong technical education and real-world experience allows me to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient results for my clients.
