Joe did my repair. He knows his stuff and was patient, persistent and restored my computer like new. Furthermore, I felt secure with the work and my valuable information -- very important. I have finally found the one I can call my personal Tech. Patient, knowledgeable and actually fixed my rig without creating another problem. I think that is called honesty, which many techs lack. Joe is highly recommended. He really takes his time and prides himself to resolve any challenge confronted with even conferring with colleagues for real comprehensive problems. 3 times I have used him and referred him more that a half dozen times. Try him, you'll like him.
