All-around great experience. I had been having PC issues for a couple of years, until Liv was able to find the exact cause. Although it took longer than originally expected, I appreciated the honesty. Not only did he explain everything throughly, but he processed constant updates and options to keep me involved during the whole process. I was a bit worried at first like everyone else, but super glad I was able to work with him. My PC is better than when it was new!!
