Lev is awesome! Not only does he know exactly what he’s doing, but he also takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. Super personable and easy to talk to, which made what could’ve been a long, frustrating visit (RAM issue) fly by.

My only quibble is that his services seemed to me to be on the expensive side. Nonetheless, I appreciate all he did to get my computer up and running again.
