My experience with Terrence was great. He was quick with responding. Providing the website for the part needed. He was in communication with me to ensure the part arrived on time. He picked up my laptop and returned it ahead of schedule. I had follow up questions and he called to walk me through it. I recommend his service.

Terrence was very knowledgeable about what I needed taken care of. Not only was he professional and able to fix my issue in a timely manner but he also gave me some tips on how to care for my device on a day-to-day basis so to not have the same issue reoccur. I will definitely contact him again if I have any issues with anything else. I highly recommend Terrence for anything you have issues with, not only will he help you but he will also educate you.
