I’m not particularly knowledgeable about technology but Mr. Givens simplified the technical talk for me. My computer was running quite slow and I just couldn’t determine the cause. I took a gamble on Mr. Givens rather than head to an expensive brick and mortar store and voila! Easy, simple remote solution.

Terrence was very knowledgeable about what I needed taken care of. Not only was he professional and able to fix my issue in a timely manner but he also gave me some tips on how to care for my device on a day-to-day basis so to not have the same issue reoccur.
