Maria C. says, "My boiler died in the middle of the night on one of the coldest nights this winter. I contacted Top Pro and 2 other companies first thing the next morning. Top Pro responded back almost immediately (I'm still waiting to hear from the other 2 companies). The boiler was a goner. But the guys from Top Pro assured me that they would install a new one the same day if their supplier had the model in stock. They kept me in the loop the entire time by text or phone. Long story short, they got the new boiler, piping and parts and proceeded to dismantle the old one and assemble the new one all the while assuring me that I would have heat that night and they kept their word. My new boiler was up and running by 9:30 PM. No easy task. These guys are great - dependable and professional with a genuine work ethic. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors and use them again and again."See more
