- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing by removing the need for a designer. I am both designer and contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starts with a phone call. Followed by an on site consultation. Communication about needs/wants is key. Typically I'll create a few sketches along with an idea for materials/colors and send those along with an estimated quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've gained experience working as a carpenter for contractors as well as a production designer and set builder for film. I've had 5+ years of wide ranging design, fabrication, installation work on my own as the project leader. Most crucial learning, as most in this field will tell you, comes from doing.
