Yuka Kameda is an excellent tap dance teacher. I have been taking classes with her and have enjoyed them very much. She is not only a creative and talented dancer, but she also is a gifted teacher. She knows how to teach dancing, and she also makes the classes fun. She also emphasizes that we are creating music while tap dancing, which is a very satisfying way to learn. Yuka is also super-responsive. I recently had a foot injury and while it was healing, I attended classes with Yuka and practice the steps and rhythms with my hands. It was unconventional but thanks to Yuka's flexibility, my timing and rhythm improved. Once I was able to dance again with my feet, we saw improvement. She also can tailor her lessons to students at different levels, which is not easy to do. All in all, I would definitely recommend her classes to anyone who wants to tap dance and anyone who wants to have fun while learning!
