- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is custom. We work with you to understand your individual needs and offer competative pricing. We can do some training remotely but we focus on board and train programs to kickstart learning and train dogs in a home environment similar to the ones they live in daily. Check-in with us for more information on how we can help remote and in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do everything we can to make sure our clients are informed, comfortable and set-up for long term success to fully enjoy their dog and families. Our trainers and staff are on call to be sure you are supported and find the right fit for your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers have various certifications and certificates and extensive training and oversight to offer the highest quality service available to help both dogs and owners strengthen their knowledge and bond.
