Without Frank's professionalism, pace (and reasonable price) our renovation / glow up, simply would not have happened. Frank made the "impossible" possible and all in a very tight timeline, what other contractors said couldn't be done, was done and to a very good standard. Frank was a great communicator, a good problem solver, gracious to other stakeholders like our building super and neighbors, and on the whole a pleasure to work with. Frank built two new walls in our loft, demolished another, did extensive and complex painting on uneven and poor quality surfaces, and helped with general handywork - nothing was a problem. Thank you Frank and team, we will continue to recommend you to our friends and family.

Maranata was very responsive when I called and explained what I needed to get done in my home… no job was too small. Franklyn gave a fair price. He and his partner took care of the different jobs within 2 days. They were punctual, cleaned up after each project and were careful within my home. Projects done were replaced shelves in bathroom, installed lighting fixture, waterproof wall in basement, improved flooring in different places. Franklyn did an awesome job!! Will definitely use services again!!

Franklin was awesome!! He did an excellent job installing two wall niches in my bathroom and even hung an extra towel hook for me. He did it quickly and efficiently and everything looks amazing.
