Without Frank's professionalism, pace (and reasonable price) our renovation / glow up, simply would not have happened. Frank made the "impossible" possible and all in a very tight timeline, what other contractors said couldn't be done, was done and to a very good standard. Frank was a great communicator, a good problem solver, gracious to other stakeholders like our building super and neighbors, and on the whole a pleasure to work with. Frank built two new walls in our loft, demolished another, did extensive and complex painting on uneven and poor quality surfaces, and helped with general handywork - nothing was a problem. Thank you Frank and team, we will continue to recommend you to our friends and family.

Called Frank to replace and repair tiles where plumbers had to break through wall. Due to the late hour and short notice, Frank couldn't source an exact match to existing tiles but was able to close up the hole with materials he had. Although Frank had to return because the shower lever was misaligned after the tile repair, Frank was very responsive and immediately returned the day I called to adjust the handle. He always texted his ETA with a GPS map so I could be assured he was en route. An honest and diligent contractor is one who will quickly return to address any follow-up issues. I will definitely hire Frank again!

Great from the very beginning - to the quick response once contacted to answering all my questions to the execution of my project in a timely, professional and very respectful manner. He is bilingual so perfect to communicate in both Spanish or English as my colleague best communicates in English and I am bilingual. He went above expectations as we had a strict deadline for the project and Frank and his team were able to give me a quick turn around. Everything was just great and extremely happy with his work. 100/10 would definetly recommend and will hire again!

Franklyn and his team from Maranata Drywall & General Carpentry provided outstanding customer service at every step of my bathroom renovation, from the placement of new marble floor tiles and wall mosaics to the installation of a new bathroom sink, cabinet, and faucet.
