Aleks was AMAZING. When I found him, we had already hired multiple other companies -- and spent thousands of dollars -- to find the source of our air quality issues, without success. Like a magician, Aleks identified and located the two main causes of our problems within 5 minutes of arriving. We were positively dumbfounded. Beyond that, Aleks really understood the urgency of our situation and the effect it was having on our health and went WAY above and beyond to make sure he took care of the issues completely and quickly. He used all organic products and even sent us informational articles and took the time to let us smell the disinfectant, in case we were potentially sensitive to one of the natural ingredients or essential oils. Seriously one of the best experiences I have ever had working with a company of this kind. We really liked our previous HVAC service guy, but we're switching to Aleks for annual service too. There's just no comparison.
