The greatest joy is improving how good people feel with their bodies. I have helped people rid themselves of. lower back pain, sore knees, and other general aches and pains, while improving their energy. How could I not feel good about what I do knowing that my clients overall quality of life. I love my clients and being a personal trainer.

Mark is a low key very friendly and nurturing personal trainer. He is well informed about his field and willing to learn more as things come up in one’s training. He recently attended a course in new methods of exercises for his perspective clients. He enjoys being with people and making his clients feel comfortable and important. He is patient and does not push his clients to do anything that will injure them. He is especially observant and aware of his client’s reactions to the exercises, both physically and emotionally. Mark is interested in knowing how clients feel after doing the exercises he suggests. It matters to him if they have pain and where their pain is; once knowing this he can alter the exercise to fit the client’s needs. I am an older woman and Mark has helped me build my core, become stronger bodied and improve my posture. He appreciates my abilities, encourages me, in a relaxed manner, to push a little harder, and is positive about my progress. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer and I have confidence he will be able to assist you in enjoying exercise and to feel good about your progress, too.

I have been a client of Mark Anthony for personal training for about 4 months, he recently took over the space that was Ditmas Fitness and created Prospect Fitness. Mark is an excellent personal trainer, he has a wide variety of clients, listens well to what you want, and is willing to work with your own goals rather than forcing the same program on all clients. Prospect Fitness is a neighborhood gym, with incredibly reasonable prices and personal training as an option. He has really cleaned up and organized the space and equipment in a way that has breathed new life into the space, and continues to build and expand upon the community that works out there. If you enjoy a gym where people smile at you, say hello and you aren't an anonymous person in a crowd, this is a really great place to work out!

Mark has been training me over the past year. And it's by far the best training experience I've ever had. He is knowledgeable, attentive, focused and incredibly kind. It's great to have a workout tailored to your specific goals or areas which need strengthening, and even better to be guided by such a lovely person. I alwYs look forward to our workouts. Can't recommend Mark strongly enough.

Mark Anthony worked with me at the local gym, meeting 2-3 times a week. Workouts were on point, helping me address my particular needs, including getting back strength and flexibility after breaking my arm. He kept me on track, provided appropriate challenges, listened really well to my feed back, and was willing to be flexible. Knowledgable, receptive, intuitive, hard working. Often a little late, but always in touch when he was.

I started working with Mark after a running injury. He not only focused on my injury and helping me rehab it, but also designed other exercises and routines that contributed to my overall fitness. Mark is knowledgeable, creative, attentive and fun to work with. Highly recommended!
