I was looking for a mason to replace the broken concrete saddle as well as some brickwork on the sidewalk in front of our building in downtown Manhattan with bluestone. The guys at BCR was fantastic from introduction through to completion. They arrived on time to review the project with me and understand what I was looking for. I had agreed to get the permit for the work but my architect did not realize it was the DoT, not the DoB that issued permits for this type of work. I emailed the guys at BCR and they said no problem that they would pull the permit and let me know when it was in hand. They supplied me with a sample of the bluestone for my approval and then chose a day based on the weather to do the work. They ran into a problem once the old saddle was removed, which was a building-specific issue. No problem for them, they corrected the problem and finished the work. It looks amazing. BCR supplied proof of insurance, permits and took pictures i stages throughout the process for our records without me asking. I was amazed at their professionalism and attention to detail. As President of my Condo Board I have had to interact with multiple trades in getting work accomplished for the building, but never have I had a company be as professional and thorough as BCR. I recommend them without any reservation. One last item, their contract required a deposit, as most contract do, before work commences and final payment as soon as work is completed. Due to my travel schedule I never got a deposit to them nor was I there when they completed the work. They asked me if I could meet them the next day to go over what they did and for me to pay them. In this day and age, it is remarkable that a handshake still means something to some people!!!! A HUGE plus in my book.

We hired BCR Construction to redo our kitchen and guest bathroom. This was my first remodeling project and to say I know absolutely, nothing about it is an understatement. I can confidently say that I know the very best contractor in New York: the owner of BCR Construction , Mr. Waqar ! He deserve more than 5 stars! He was so patient and helpful to us, he spent an hour just going over all the things we want to do and answered all our questions. The whole time he's so sweet and pleasant so you don't feel bad asking at all. then he gave us a very detailed quote with very good price. Waqar was always accessible by phone and would promptly accommodate our questions, concerns, and time frames for different phases of the project. He and his crew were very courteous and industrious; they arrived on time each morning and worked hard all day. They were excellent, trustworthy, very clean and respectful of the house. They set up the first day to keep things clean, like the floors and rugs, and then also cleaned at the end of every day and took the construction debris away. A pleasure and easy to work with, friendly to our dogs, professional from start to finish. We are very pleased with the end result of our kitchen and bathroom projects provided by BCR Construction Company. Highly recommended !!!
