- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learning is a continuous process. I take at least one course every semester.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a sever at a nursing home, and worked my way to the kitchen. There, I just fell in love with cooking and enjoyed the reaction of the people I served.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do consulting and food tasting and private dinners and parties big or small. No event is to much for Chef Vlad.
