So happy with Handy and Dandy. Jesse actively sent texts. Confirmed our appointment the day before and let me know when they were in the neighborhood. I had 3 things that needed to be done and Jesse went above and beyond. Firstly, I had a chandelier that rattled every time my neighbor upstairs walked. I loved the way the globes were arranged and decided to switch them around because in the past adjusting was a pain. But Jesse was persistent and just raised it for me. Then I had this hole in the closet ceiling that Jesse repaired and cleaned everything up afterwards, lastly I had this stripped screw stuck in little radiator door preventing anyone from getting to the knob. 4 people (including my super) have tried removing this screw, Jesse was able to remove it and even put tape around the sharp edges of the door so no one would get injured. Now the super can finally get to the radiator and do what he needs to do without forcing open the entire panel -hurrah!!! It's so wonderful to start the new year with less things to be stressed about. My chandelier isn't rattling, easy access to my radiator knob, and no worries of any potential visitors into my closet from that gaping hole in my ceiling. Price is very reasonable, Jesse is very considerate, communication was great, everything was completed beautifully and I strongly recommend Handy and Dandy.
