- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects are quoted at a flat rate. Every quote includes labor, professional installation, and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Package pricing is available for multi-item and large projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing project details, photos, and measurements. For larger projects, we may schedule an on-site assessment. Once the scope and estimate are approved, we coordinate materials, schedule the work, and complete the project with attention to safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed construction training through St. Nicks Alliance in NYC, including OSHA 30, 10-Hour Site Safety Training, scaffolding, and flagger training. I also have hands-on experience in carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing work, furniture assembly, installations, property repairs, and building maintenance.
