ASK FOR YONI! This is an update to my prior review. After receiving several calls from Elle about my former review; technician YONI was sent to assess the situation. He was polite and LISTENED to my concerns. He cleared some dust which had built up around the sensors and the doors are now working fine. I DID NOT NEED A NEW SENSORY AS ORIGINALLY ADVISED. I just needed some one to take the time and find the solution for a problem that was under warranty. ALWAYS ASK FOR YONI. Four (4) months ago I had my automatic garage doors repaired by T&W. The service was quick but overpriced. I received a one (1) year warranty. The garage door is now malfunctioning (not closing all the way) and T & W has refused to fix the problem. His assessment is that the problem is not the door that they fixed but that the motor is malfunctioning and that they can replace it for an additional sum. He was condescending and I guess that's because I did not leave an initial review. For the money that I paid this company to repair the garage doors and the 1 year warranty that they provided I would think that fixing the problem would be a given - I was wrong. Dissatisfied customer!

Excellent work. New 8x7, double-sided, insulated 4 panel, overhead door installed in 2 hours in torrential rain. Eli is a man of his word who met all my expectations and budget. I would recommend T&W Garage Doors Repairs to family and friends.
