About two years ago we had a new garage door installed. The door never worked right and over time, two or three of the rollers popped out leaving ugly gaps when the door was closed. I was working on my snow blower getting ready for the upcoming snow storm, I closed the garage door and it jammed and would not moved. I tried Thumb Tack and T & W looked promising. Brian showed up and in less than the two hour he estimated had the door operational and working better than the original installation. Great service, great repair. Couldn't ask for more.

I posted my garage door repair job at 4:26 PM after the torsion spring snapped and the cables came off the drum. I received a message by 4:28, followed by a phone call at 4:30 letting me know someone would be at my house within the hour since he was finishing up another job. Brian truly came to the rescue and showed up exactly one hour later. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about what was needed, even providing helpful maintenance tips. He gave me a fair price and got straight to work. I honestly don’t know how he completed the job in just 45 minutes—that was impressive. Thank you so much to T&W Garage Door Repairs. They did an excellent job, will be looking to give them business in the future. Was able to repair and fix an older Garage Door within a couple days of contacting them. Prompt, friendly and professional work. Would highly recommend. The tech who helped us was also a really kind natured straight forward gentlemen.
