T&W came out the day after I posted the task, assessed what needed to be fixed and completed everything in less than an hour. My garage door is finally working like new again and looks better. The technician Ali (I might be misspelling his name) was very nice and gave some tips on maintaining the hardware. I’m glad I found them!

Brian was the most knowledgeable tech with whom I spoke about the engineering aspects. Eg, he understood which springs, wire diameter, etc. were the best given the weight of the door, vertical distance travel, etc. This was critical to ensure I would get the desired lifespan on the new springs w/o burning out my new motors. His installation was also high quality. On top of it all, he is completely trustworthy and a very nice person. Will definitely use him again when needed.
