My garage door need some repairs and it was such an inconvenience that i have to use another door to go in and out of the house. This was a sunday. I sent a message to T&W garage doors at 10:55pm and I got an immediate response at 11pm. They put me in for the next day and in less than 24 hrs, my garage door is now operational. Ilia ( i hope i got his name right) also recommended maintenance of the springs, etc and gave me a honest pricing for all: new springs and other parts, wired back my garage door controller and the wires that got disconnected, in less than 1 hour. Thank you T&W…for a great job! 5 stars, easy!!!

I had been having issues with a garage door opener that was extremely loud with significant bouncing as it retracted. Brian from T&W came to assess the issue and, after reviewing the unit and discussing options, ended up replacing the unit then and there with a beautiful new Chamberlain opener. Brian was extremely knowledgeable of the parts that go wrong over time and the replacement units I could choose from. Additionally, installation pricing was extremely fair and the whole unit was replaced in 90 mins. I will continue to use T&W for any and all garage door repair.
