The first two months of the $74,650 bathroom renovation job went perfectly, and I was paying him ahead of schedule. Then, when we were about halfway through, he started missing deadlines, delaying, and creating excuses. He started asking for more money for extras not in the contract, and then he just stopped responding to my emails and calls, and has since just disappeared. My bathroom is in a half-finished state. Further internet research shows that he has gone under a couple different names (ADJ Contracting, AND Contracting, using Andrija Doordjenic and Andrija Djordjevic) and has been the subject of similar complaints in the past. Be very careful with this contractor. Andrija Djordjevic previously declared bankruptcy (under ADJ Contracting)
If you proceed with him, request his social security details, bank account, insurance papers. Be extremely vigilant. At your own risks.

I am the contractor Andrija Djordjevic. This person Adam Y is using a false name and posting negative comments all over the internet. We did have a bad mutual working relationship which he has taken very personally and to an extreme. I work via word of mouth and have had hundreds of happy clients through out the city. Please take note of this and disregard (Adam Ys) posting. If you need recommendations I can supply you with 10 years of good reviews from old clients and high expectancy clients.
