- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge the customers 10% deposit of the final quote once we secure the dates for the project. At the start of the project, we ask 20% of the final price to be paid and the rest 70% after deducting the 10% deposit, is paid after the project is finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer contacts our service, we will ask you for pictures or videos to get an approximate quote, however, if we cannot thoroughly see the condition of the work, then we may have to go in for an in-person quote. Once we figure out what exactly needs to be done, we can set up a date and time to provide you with our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of experience of working on the field, capable of doing all construction works.
