- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard hourly rate is $105. My standard website fees start at $3,125 and reach over $10,000 depending on the scope of the project. SEO campaigns begin at $525/month. I quote all projects out first so there are no big surprises along the way. (However, please do anticipate small expenses along the way.) All websites are built on high SEO standards, with the goal of ranking higher on search engines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet first (in person or phone) for a free consultation. Typically a 50% deposit is due to engage my services work. I like to get to know the company from the inside out. It is imperative to our success together that I get a firm handle on how your company operates so I can emulate that online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an A.S. in Website Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. I have been self taught since 2002, when I sold my first website.
