Affordable Guitar Lessons For Beginners

I have been playing guitar for 14 years, was in a band in college. I can teach you the basics of theory and technique but more importantly I can get you learning songs you want to learn. I mostly know rock and folk and pop music but can also teach you some jazz chords. I charge $60 for a one hour lesson, $40 for a half hour. Ideally I can get you over the beginner's hump where practicing sucks and your fingers hurt, and get you to a level of proficiency where it's fun to play and you might not even need lessons anymore.
