As a New York State licensed cosmetologist based in Brooklyn, NY, I specialize in braids, natural hair, sew-ins, wigs, special event styling, and bridal hair. My goal is not only to create beautiful styles but also to build confidence and ensure every client feels seen, valued, and cared for, whether you're coming in for a protective style or getting ready for one of the biggest days of your life.

My hairstylist Sasha delivered an absolutely flawless experience at Allure Style & Design from start to finish.
I’ve been to Allure’s twice now (once for braids and once for a slick curly ponytail for my best friend’s wedding in which I was a bridesmaid), and both times I left her chair feeling well taken care of and smiling from ear to ear.
From the moment you book, she’s very responsive, professional, and so easy to communicate with. During the appointment, she’s incredibly gentle, a great conversationalist, and just a ball of positive energy. I usually hate sitting for long periods to get my hair done, but she somehow makes the entire experience feel relaxing, wholesome, and genuinely enjoyable. & the best part? Her work speaks for itself. She has a real talent for creating and replicating hairstyles. I showed her my inspiration photos, and she executed the style exactly how I envisioned it. As a bridesmaid, my ponytail hairdo remained intact for over 2 weeks.. it probably would have stayed neat and undisturbed for another week or two if I hadn’t decided to wash my hair. The takedown process was seamless, and there was no damage to my natural hair whatsoever.

Sasha is extremely knowledgeable with her craft. Prior to being serviced, she will ask your likes and dislikes and what style you’d like to have done. Sasha understands the different hair textures/hair lengths and able to achieve the look you have in mind. She executes every style with passion and creativity.

What can I say? A LOT.
Ever since I sat in the chair at Allure Style & Design nearly two years ago (before it was even called that), I haven’t trusted anyone else with my hair.
Don’t get me wrong. There are plenty of amazing hairstylists out there. But I found my person.
Sasha is top tier when it comes to professionalism, communication, punctuality, and quality. Every appointment is an experience. Of course, I get excited to see the final look, but honestly, I’m even more excited to be in her presence.
