- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials, and time required. I provide upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Once approved, pricing will not change unless additional work is requested. I also offer bundled discounts for multiple projects completed in the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, transparent, and designed to make your project stress-free from start to finish. First, I review the project details along with any photos or measurements you provide. If needed, I can schedule an in-person or virtual walkthrough to fully understand the scope of work. Next, I provide a clear estimate outlining labor, materials (if supplied by me), and the expected timeline. Once approved, we schedule a service date that works best for you. On the day of the job, I arrive on time, complete the work professionally, and make sure the area is clean and move-in ready before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in home repairs and improvements including painting, drywall, door work, shelving, trim, and general maintenance. My training comes from real-world job experience and completing projects in residential homes with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail.
