The glass on my double hung window in the bathroom was cracked. After making contact with Jesus of Brito Services on Thumbtack, Jesus immediately responded to my concerns and came over to my house within 3 hours to check the damage and give me an estimate. Talk about being professional and responsive to customer needs! He came on time and kept me posted on his eta. The estimate he gave was a very fair and reasonable price. He ordered the new glass and replaced it in my window the next day. Jesus is reliable, responsive, professional, and takes pride in his work. I would definitely call him again if I need other repairs done.
