- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are billed at $59 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Small jobs can often be completed in one visit. If a project requires additional time or materials, I always discuss it with the customer beforehand so there are no surprises. I try to keep pricing fair, transparent, and straightforward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most projects start with a quick conversation where you describe the task and send photos if possible. After that I can usually estimate the time required and schedule a visit. Many small repairs and installations can be completed in one appointment. I always aim to arrive on time, work efficiently, and leave the space clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 15 years of hands-on experience working with tools, repairs, installations, and home improvement projects. Over the years I’ve worked with many different materials and situations, which helps me find practical solutions even when a job is unusual or complicated.
