- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most assembly jobs or any car/motorcycle repair are hourly with a 2-hour minimum. Other projects are usually flat-rate. I’m flexible — we can always talk through the details and find a fair price that works for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send me photos or a short description. I confirm the scope, give you a clear estimate, and we pick a time. I show up ready, stay in touch during the job, and make sure everything is done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learn through hands-on practice, online courses, and books. Every day I pick up something new — tools, materials, better methods, codes, and safety standards.
