Andy was friendly, personable, and professional from start to finish. He did an amazing job on my many windows, including several large second-story windows, two skylights, and three French doors with numerous panes. He cleaned every window inside and out, thoroughly cleaned all of the window tracks, and even repaired one of my window screens.
The difference is incredible. My windows are absolutely sparkling clean now. Andy’s hard work, expertise, and positive attitude made the whole experience a pleasure. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask a few questions about the number of windows and the type of cleaning needed. If possible, photos help provide a more accurate estimate. Once we agree on the price and schedule, I arrive on time, complete the cleaning carefully, and make sure the customer is happy with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience cleaning residential homes, storefronts, and small commercial buildings. I focus on proper techniques that leave glass streak-free while protecting window frames, screens, and tracks.
