After many years neglecting cleaning my windows, I decided to give High-Pro Home services a try and I keep telling myself, why didn't I call them before! Andy did an amazing job cleaning some large windows in my house, including several that were tricky to access. The windows are so clean they look like there's no glass there at all. He wore booties and put down towels to keep the floors clean and dry, and he was super nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

Andy was great from start to finish. Our windows are on the 14th floor and only open a few inches because of a safety limiter, so I wasn’t sure the job was even doable. He asked the right questions upfront, came out to assess it himself at no charge, and got all three windows done inside and out without any fuss. Getting both sides cleaned was absolutely worth it! Punctual, efficient, friendly, and clearly knows what he’s doing. It was so much more cost-effective than hiring a full rope access team, and the pricing was very fair for such a challenging task. Would hire again and recommend to anyone dealing with tricky high-rise windows!

Andy also came the day before (on his own time) to size up the job from outside without involving me. He was willing to match a competing quote for the work, which cinched the deal for me. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask a few questions about the number of windows and the type of cleaning needed. If possible, photos help provide a more accurate estimate. Once we agree on the price and schedule, I arrive on time, complete the cleaning carefully, and make sure the customer is happy with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience cleaning residential homes, storefronts, and small commercial buildings. I focus on proper techniques that leave glass streak-free while protecting window frames, screens, and tracks.
