The service was very professional. He was prompt, analyzed the problem and was able to repair my oven immediately. I asked questions about the part that was repaired and he was knowledgeable about how long it usually lasts. Also, what may happen if the whole stove was replaced. I was very pleased with the service and if I have another problem would call him back.
