Jose was great to deal with. He came on time, did the work and made suggestion on best approach to doing the project right. Price was Very reasonable with the Quality of the work and clean up every time he was done for the day. I really can't say enough good things about him and his work. I'm in the industry where I deal with alot of contractors and Jose and what he brings a professional is rare. He is a 5 star. I lined him up with another project of mine , I'm sure he will do it right.

Update!!Before and after pics.. totally look the same. I tried to reach out a few times but I kept getting promises that he will fix it I had been patient but so far no reply. The job was quoted $100 at first then it became $120 then after the job it became $150. I don’t mind paying people but I expect somehow a good quality results from it. I am a fair person but I don’t tolerate this kind of situation. So , this is my review. If you want to hire him. Just consider this as your reference. Update : Jose and I reached out to each other and made it happened. I am very happy now with new work he did. He regrouted the bathroom floors. I appreciate his professionalism I recommend his service. Jose indeed is a hard working man and follow -up with his word.

Very happy with the fact that my time schedule was taken into account and pro came early afternoon instead of morning. Had painting of old outdoor furniture done and also needed advise if was worth fixing all old pieces of redwood furniture which already had been painted redwood stain. Wanted to change to beige paint. Also did pieces of wrought iron furniture from mid-century using flex seal paint. He managed to work with this paint which dried very fast and was difficult to use. Jp services advised me which pieces were worth fixing and which were too far gone to fix and didn't pay. I supplied the paint and the pro brought all other materials with him. Very considerate of my needs and was neat and organized. Worked straight through day without stopping till job was completed. Very thorough in making sure to give extra coats of paint where needed. Would recommend him for any job he can do. Will look to hire him again for other projects I have. Lovely person and so pleasant to talk to.
