- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My diagnostic fee is $95 and it is waived if you hire me for the repair. Final pricing depends on the diagnosis, parts needed, and labor, and I always confirm the exact price before starting any work. There are no surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send the model number and issue, I schedule same-day when possible. I diagnose on-site, explain options, confirm price, then repair and test.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7+ years of hands-on appliance repair experience, including electrical troubleshooting and service manuals. I stay up to date with new models and common failure patterns.
