Words cannot say enough about Max. Max came to install Christmas lights to our home.Such an energetic, polite young man. Ever respectful of our home. Though only here in the USA for a few months the language barrier was seamless with the use of his smart phone language app. Awesome technology. He completed the task within the estimated time needed. We plan on having Max return after the holidays to remove our lights and do some minor handyman jobs on the honey do list. I am updating my post after speaking with MaxPro. It seems there may have been technical error with the automated request that was submitted. I've now suggested that MaxPro check the Thumbtack app directly for updates and messages with customers to ensure the best possible communication with clients. Their response to the situation was understanding, and I'm happy to adjust my review to 5 stars to reflect their commitment to customer satisfaction and proactive service. Original Post 10/27: MaxPro confirmed the time and price, however he failed to show up and complete the task. I am extremely disappointing by the lack of communication

Amazing service! Called them yesterday and they are here the next day. Took almost 3 hour but that’s because the shed was not easy to assemble. Will 100% work with them again.
