I appreciate the effort that was made. I actually purchased the wrong mount for the TV I wanted installed. The tech was kind enough to go out to Home Depot up the road and purchase the correct one. I appreciate him going above and beyond to get the job completed.

Wow what an amazing and professional pro that I could have ever asked for! To start with I requested Mr. Kasan very last minute and the day I requested he was able to accommodate me and come out to mount my TV by that afternoon! During the process he updated me on when he would be able to come out and even when he was heading my way.
After arriving, Kasan was so kind and easy to talk to and got straight to work! The final product turned out even better than I could hope for and I would definitely hire him again.
