Made a mistake with preparing for a scheduled appliance delivery/installation and Mike came to the rescue - was at my house within 45 minutes, and for a very reasonable price, did the disconnection of the old appliance and the connection of the new one.

Mike did a good job installing our combo LG washer dryer unit in our kitchen. He knew what items to get from Lowe’s to manage the water supply and drainage given the setup we had with sink and dishwasher nearby and a disposal as well. I was happy with his work and would hire him again.

Mike was on time and went right to work diagnosing my oven, and immediately identified the issue. Even though he didn’t have the necessary part with him, he offered to go to a supplier right then and there. Instead of waiting a few more days for the part, Mike went to supplier, purchased it, was transparent with pricing, and returned to finish the installation within hours. My oven was fixed and now works perfectly again!
