Here’s how I work: • My rate is $50 per hour with a two-hour minimum. • For some jobs, I may offer a flat rate. • Materials are not included—customers cover the cost. I can purchase materials if needed and will add the cost to the final total. • Preferred payment is cash, but I also accept Zelle and card payments (a 3% surcharge applies to card payments). I offer flexible scheduling, including same day, evenings, and weekends.
