FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and fully transparent. I provide a detailed written estimate so you always know exactly what you’re paying for—materials, labor, and any additional services. There are no hidden fees. I offer competitive pricing and, depending on the size of the project, I can sometimes provide package discounts for multi-room or full-home renovations. For larger jobs, I also break payments into clear stages, so you only pay as the work progresses. If unexpected issues come up during the project, I always discuss them with you first and offer options before any additional costs are added. My goal is to make sure everything is clear, fair, and predictable from start to finish. ⸻ If you want, I can adjust this to sound more casual, more confident, or tailored to painting, framing, bathroom remodels, basements, or general home renovation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
⸻ My typical process with a new customer is simple and transparent: 1. Initial Conversation We discuss your goals, ideas, and the type of work you need. I ask a few questions to understand the scope and budget. 2. On-Site Visit I come to the property to inspect the space, take measurements, and identify any structural or code-related details we need to consider. 3. Detailed Estimate I provide a clear, written estimate that outlines materials, labor, timeline, and the full scope of work—so you know exactly what to expect. 4. Planning & Scheduling Once approved, we set a start date, order materials, and create a step-by-step plan to make the project run smoothly. 5. Work Execution My team and I complete the project professionally, keeping communication open and updating you throughout each phase. 6. Final Walk-Through When the work is finished, we review everything together to ensure it meets your expectations. Any final touch-ups are completed right away. I try to make the whole process easy, clear, and stress-free for every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?” ⸻ I have several years of hands-on training in residential construction and remodeling. I started by working alongside experienced tradesmen, learning framing, drywall installation, taping, painting, flooring, and basic electrical and plumbing work directly on job sites. Over time, I completed additional training in building codes, job-site safety, and project management to make sure every project is done correctly and up to standard. I stay up to date with modern materials, tools, and techniques, and I continually train to meet New York building and safety requirements. All of this helps me deliver reliable, high-quality work on every project.
