Pressured us to install a new unit for $2,500, claim my old unit is 16 years old when it’s not even that old. Just needed a simple replacement because it is showing an E1 error code which means the main control board is not receiving proper signals. I wasted $100 for him just to look at my AC/heater unit and didn’t bother to fix it! What a rip!
