- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to give price for entire job, not hourly, so that I'm not pretending like I'm working like some people do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I check to see what needs to be done, give some ideas on design, where we can source the material, and how installation will be done. Negotiate a price and afterwards we set up a date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's just learning on the job from my father. He took me on many projects.
