We had a major problem with a wall mounted TV of a home theater system with Zero access to the ports at the rear and a mess of wires sticking out. Eli was able to patiently figure out the multiple connections to the TV box and Amplifier system with external speakers. He was practically a genius in resurrecting a complex set of devices that we thought were beyond repair. He was a thorough professional and even set up the system such that we can add more devices with no assistance from anyone. I would recommend Eli for his absolute mastery and integration skills.
