From the beginning we worked closely with their design team and they incorporated all of our requirements in a rather unique and very aesthetic design. They arranged for permits, provided construction experts familiar with working in a New York coop with excellent results. They used quality materials and finishes. The rest of our apartment was kept clear of dirt, dust, and construction debris. The building management appreciated their focus on protecting public hallways and elevators.Negotiating a good contract, well thought out with design and materials was important to avoid cost overruns. The time we spent with DNB on these pre-constructions issues created a smooth construction period. Their after care has been phenomenal. My designer showed me drawings of what my kitchen would look like and educated me on materials so I could make the best decision. High-rise handled ordering and storing all materials for me which was a relief and before I knew it we were ready to begin!
