I charge a flat rate for all jobs, so if the job takes 5 or 8 hours rest assure you wont be charge any additional charges. I leave only when the job is complete, and you are 100 percent satisfied. What’s included in the cost are as follow, Sweeping, vacuuming, moping, of all floor surfaces. Dusting and polishing of all furniture's, sanitizing the kitchen and bathroom areas. Cleaning of showers, and bath tubs, inside outside and around of toilet bowls, clean and sanitize. All sinks and mirrors clean, trash remove. All exterior kitchen surfaces wipe down and all kitchen appliances wipe and polish if needed. Stainless steel appliances polish. All bed linens change and beds remade. I enjoy seeing the look of satisfaction on my clients face when coming home to a spotless clean home.
