- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a set rate for each job, so once we establish the payment amount, that price is locked in, no hidden fees or surprises. A discount is provided for customers who are service, on a weekly, or Bi-weekly basic.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients needs are my main concern. I have a discussion with each customer on their exact needs, and how I help them achieve it, and maintain a spotless and clean home. I ask each customer what cleaning products works best for them, then make recommendation if i see fit. I'm always on time for my appointments. whatever my customers cleaning needs are, i will provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a housekeeper for the past 8 years. I try to stay ahead on new products and how effective those products works. I also watch a lot of videos by people who are in the same line of work as I am.
