What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss every detail with my clients—from the exact method I’ll use to clean their windows to walking them through the process from start to finish. I also point out any issues I notice with the windows and suggest possible solutions. If it’s something I can fix right then and there, I often do it at no extra charge. At the end of the job, I always invite the client to inspect the windows to ensure everything is perfectly done.
