- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on each project. It depends if you're just painting walls, or perhaps you're painting ceilings, trim & doors as well. One of the main deciding factors is the condition of the walls, ceilings, etc. How much spackle & sanding is needed, etc. Prep work is the most important part of a quality paint job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I prefer to set up an appointment & come out to the home & view the project in person. Following that I will send a quote the same day. If you accept my proposal, we will find the best place for your project on our schedule. We typically ask for 50% prior to starting the project to reserve the dates & 50% the day we finish. Depending on the size of the project, sometimes we break into multiple installments depending on phases & such. Deposits are essential for keeping our schedule organized & to protect my employees from last minute cancellations leaving them out of work for the week
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has been in business since 2014, I started painting in 2006 for my father who owned a business since 1978
