FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually request photos from a customer of exactly what needs to get worked on or depending on the job . I also do visitation estimates to take measurements. Next I would tell a customer the products they will need to buy to get the job done unless they feel more comfortable with me buying the supplies. If this project is a more than a days work I will request minimum down a half deposit. Then after that’s all said and done we would schedule a day I can come and start the work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work because a customer asked me if I knew how to paint and do bathroom grouting at a cleaning appointment. I had no clue how to grout a bathroom. But I learned how to do it through YouTube and by doing my own home first.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently I was in charge of doing a pain job over that a previous contractor messed up on. This project was a 3 bedroom apartment. All 3 of the rooms was already painted so all I had left was two bathrooms one with a closet, a bedroom closet , hallway and living room I had to paint. Also 3 light fixtures had to be replaced or installed. This project took approximately 4 days because of the clean up work and also the campfire matte finish of the paint. The job came out beautifully and the customer was fully satisfied
