- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I approach every project individually, ensuring that the final result meets the Investor’s real needs. My pricing is based on a thorough assessment of the conditions and on the Investor’s preferences regarding both material quality and the standard of workmanship. I work within a five‑level scale (lvl 1–5), which allows me to offer a solution precisely matched to the expected finish and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For me, the first step is always an in‑person visit so I can accurately assess the work. It’s important to go over the details together, discuss expectations, and provide a realistic cost estimate. Thumbtack often gives only limited information, and many projects can’t be priced from a single photo or a short description, so seeing the space in person is essential.
