I cannot say enough wonderful things about the packing, moving, and unpacking services I received from BoxednBounNYC and the CEO, Jay! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. I just had major surgery and could not lift anything heavy on top of relocating for an important new position. The team was professional, courteous, organized, efficient, and incredibly attentive to detail.

The team handled the packing process with tremendous care, and I was impressed by how thoughtfully and securely they packed everything. They treated my belongings as if they were their own, taking extra precautions with fragile and valuable items.
On moving day, the team was punctual, hardworking, respectful, and extremely efficient. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, which made what could have been a very stressful experience feel remarkably easy. The movers worked together seamlessly and maintained a positive, can-do attitude throughout the entire process.

The unpacking service was equally impressive. They handled everything carefully and efficiently, with great attention to detail. Their commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied truly stood out.

This was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The quality of service, professionalism, care, communication, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a moving company you can trust with your home and belongings, I recommend this team without hesitation.

Thank you for making my move such a smooth, organized, and positive experience. Absolutely exceptional service!

I needed to move a large chair from one home to another. Jay was very professional. He was pleasant to speak with and rsponded quickly when I had a question. He wrapped the couch so it wouldn't get dirty and the price was very reasonable.

I’m so grateful I found Boxed & Bound for my out-of-state move. From start to finish, they were professional, kind, and incredibly efficient. It’s rare to come across people who not only do great work but are also genuinely good human beings. Their rates were more than fair, especially given how smoothly everything went. Moving can be really stressful, but they made it feel easy and manageable. I can’t thank them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
