- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before the appointment I will always ask what you are comfortable with when it comes to wearing a mask and gloves. When entering the location of where the appointment will take place I’ll have the client show me where I’ll be working and I will make sure to protect my work area before setting up my equipment. It will usually take me 10/15 minutes to set everything up. We’ll always start by talking through what kind of look you want to achieve. I’ll also ask about any known allergies and skin sensitivities. After this I can choose which products will be best for your look.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Having an inspirational photo is alway helpful! But also remembering that everyone’s face is different and to expect the look to be altered to fit your face and eye shape best !
