- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While our fees are dependent on the size of the project — we do offer an upfront free consultation to get to know you and your brand!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we schedule an initial kickoff call (video or phone) to get to know more about the project, brainstorm and collect information to prepare a formal plan with key dates, deliverables and cost breakdowns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Digital Marketing and a Bachelors Degree in Music Business. I've been in the digital marketing space for over 10 years, and have experience working with brands such as – L'Oreal, Garnier Fructis, Music Choice, Verizon FiOS, Comcast Xfinity, Rolling Stone, VEVO, TuneCore, Brainly and many more.
