- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive of labor and materials. Accurate pricing can be provided by either uploading several photos of the job or we can stop by at a day and time that’s convenient for you to provide a free on site estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we provide an on site estimate to ensure fair and accurate pricing that works with their budget. We consider the timeline or deadline that the customer would like the project to be completed by. Lastly we provide a contract with the breakdown of schedule of payments starting with the initial deposit that is due at the start the job, the payment due when the project is at 50% completion and the final payment amount when the job is finished.

We have 40 years of hands on experience in both residential and commercial projects.
