Victoria is an E-RYT 500 with a background in Hatha Yoga & Tibetan Buddhism, and has completed 200hr, 500hr & 800hr trainings with Sri Dharma Mittra at The Dharma Yoga Center in New York City.
She began practice in 2009 and has been teaching since 2015. Her passion for practice is reflected in her teaching style and her clear , empathetic nature encourages consistency.

I'm one of those people who was a bit dubious about yoga.
I've experienced a lot of back pain and my doctor and physiotherapist advised me to try yoga to improve flexibility and strengthen my back.
Victoria listened to this brief and understood perfectly the work that needed to be done and only a few months later, I no longer have any back pain and have fully changed my point of view on yoga. Well done and thank you!

Victoria is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely, lovely, joyful person. I'm very blessed to be taught yoga by her and she has turned into a true friend.
Her teaching is practical and non-dogmatic, with a real emphasis on finding the variations that work best for individual bodies. She is able to effectively break down poses so that you understand its key components (I achieved my first headstand with her)!
I appreciate her big heart, her love and her dedication to teach yoga and to open my heart to spirit. I have felt a much needed positive shift in my life. She is honestly one of the best teachers you can find particularly if you want to work on your form in the postures. Plus, she always manages to make it fun! She also runs retreats which are really well organized, in beautiful locations, with great company, and worth every penny.
