Victoria is a great professional who is constantly learning from profound teachers. Victoria has a rich experience in teaching and guiding yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions one on one and in groups. She organizes powerful retreats and builds a community that is supporting and empowering women. Victoria is a strong leader, she is kind, generous, loving, attentive, and compassionate. Victoria is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely, lovely, joyful person. I'm very blessed to be taught yoga by her and she has turned into a true friend. Her teaching is practical and non-dogmatic, with a real emphasis on finding the variations that work best for individual bodies. She is able to effectively break down poses so that you understand its key components (I achieved my first headstand with her)! I appreciate her big heart, her love and her dedication to teach yoga and to open my heart to spirit. I have felt a much needed positive shift in my life. She is honestly one of the best teachers you can find particularly if you want to work on your form in the postures. Plus, she always manages to make it fun! She also runs retreats which are really well organized, in beautiful locations, with great company, and worth every penny.

I'm one of those people who was a bit dubious about yoga. I've experienced a lot of back pain and my doctor and physiotherapist advised me to try yoga to improve flexibility and strengthen my back. Victoria listened to this brief and understood perfectly the work that needed to be done and only a few months later, I no longer have any back pain and have fully changed my point of view on yoga.
